Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleted data cannot be recovered or restored.

What may be retained, and why

Certain information may be retained where required for legitimate legal, financial, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Payments. Our payment processor, Stripe, may retain payment transaction records, invoices and other financial records as required by its policies and applicable law. Immortal Stoic account identifiers are removed or anonymized from those retained records, so they are no longer linked to an active Immortal Stoic user. Active subscriptions are canceled as part of deletion.

Support, security and error records. Feedback and technical error records may be kept in anonymized form for support, abuse prevention, security, and service improvement. Your email address and account identifiers are removed from them.

Shared community content. Legions you do not own, and content owned by other members, remain with those members.

Request account deletion

For your protection, we email a one-time verification link to the address you enter. Deletion is only finalized after you confirm ownership from that link. We do not disclose whether an address belongs to an Immortal Stoic account.
